20170911_squirrel_LR.jpgMochi never sees anything. Squirrels, cats, raccoons, etc can run in from of him and he never notices them. It is very funny to see all dogs in the park going crazy chasing squirrels and Mochi not knowing what is going on. I honestly believe he has never seen a squirrel in his live even though we walk by dozens every week!

Mochi nunca se entera de nada. Ya le pueden pasar ardillas, gatos o mapaches a un milímetro que si se entera. Es muy gracioso ver a los perros del parque volverse locos persiguiendo ardillas y Mochi sin enterarse de lo que pasa. Creo que nunca ha visto una ardilla, aunque vemos decenas cada semana!

On the way

My niece Sofia is staying with us and apparently she likes to sleep with her legs sticking out of the bed. One day I was trying not to wake her up while I was waking between her bed and a chair. Mochi was following me and I thought giving the fact he can actually walk under the chair, the table and around Sofia’s legs he wouldn’t wake her up. Of course Mochi decided to follow the exact same path I used and unapologetically walking over her.

Mi sobrina Sofia está de visita y aparentemente le gusta dormir con las piernas fuera de la cama. Un día intenté pasar entre ella y una silla sin despertarla con Mochi siguiéndome. Teniendo en cuenta que Mochi puede pasar sin problema por debajo de la silla, la mesa y  entre los pies de Sofia y la silla pensé que no la despertaría. Claramente pensé mal, porque Mochi siguió mi camino sin importarle nada. Pasó en línea recta atropellando las piernas de Sofia y quedándose tan ancho.

Mi sobrina Sofia está de visita. Trajo algunos juguetes de perro para Mochi porque quería jugar a tirarlos y que Mochi los fuera a buscar…no lo consiguió.

Mochi has always been embarrassed to poop in front of other dogs. In the 5 years he has been alive I don’t thing an other dog has ever seen him poop.

A Mochi siempre la ha dado muchísima verguenza que otros perros lo vean hacer sus necesidades. En los 5 años que lleva de vida creo que ningún perro lo ha visto.
